These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including corporate conferences, luxury weddings, hybrid events, and related offerings (“Services”).

By engaging with our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1.2 Services Provided

GERX LIMITED offers comprehensive event management, including but not limited to:

  • Event planning and coordination
  • Venue sourcing and logistics
  • Vendor management
  • Technical and production support
  • Hybrid/virtual event solutions

1.3 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for event execution.
  • Make payments as per agreed schedules.
  • Comply with venue policies and legal regulations.
  • Obtain necessary permits or licenses where applicable.

1.4 Fees & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services.
  • Final payment is due before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month.

1.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days before the event incur a 30% fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 10 days of the event.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) may warrant rescheduling.

1.6 Liability & Indemnification

  • GERX LIMITED is not liable for third-party vendor failures.
  • We carry public liability insurance; clients may need additional coverage.
  • You indemnify us against claims arising from your negligence or breach.

1.7 Intellectual Property

  • All event designs, plans, and materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized use of our branding or proprietary content is prohibited.

1.8 Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall first be resolved via negotiation.
  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to UK courts under English law.

1.9 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
